Due to unforeseen medical circumstances, I gave up my pilot dream and now managing average Singaporeans' portfolio to allow them to retire comfortably by investing the right property.​ Imagine if you are about to fly a plane, would you learn how to fly it after you board the plane, or before you board? Properties investing is the same too, we prepare ourselves before buying and holding on to a certain property; we have to do all groundwork and have right clarity before buying the property, not after buying the property and think about the returns.
